The importance of time management is numerous in all fields in life. Many individuals are reluctant to appreciate the numerous advantages of time management similar despite the fact that many individuals do not see the importance of budgeting. This means the employees will be reluctant to put in an effort since they have all their lives to try to attain any goal. They further push the employees reach these targets by pay them for the effort they put in measured, by the time they work.
